The Pinellas Trail runs right through the heart of downtown, a biking and hiking trail that runs virtually the length of Pinellas country and provides a safe an healthy outlet for enjoying exercise and fresh air, tinged with the sweet smell of the ocean, of course!

Antique shoppes, gourmet groceries and fine wines, all in the heart of downtown Dunedin.

From downtown Dunedin it is just a short 2 blocks to the ocean's edge and the Dunedin Marina.

There is plenty of room to move about in this galley style kitchen.  Open to the dining room on one side and to the foyer/hall on the other, it also has a cozy nook that is perfect for breakfast or perhaps a computer desk.


These condos are actually 4 to a building.  Your condo is on the left, it's sunroom is bracketed by these two lovely trees which provide shade in the late afternoon.

The driveway is to the left, where you see the beige car, and you share that with a neighbor, who is a lovely woman who volunteers at the Ruth Eckerd Performing Arts Center and swims daily in the community pool.

Lawn care is provided by the Condo Association and if you would like regular housecleaning, we can provide a referral to Pam, who has been a real gem.


This neighborhood is extremely quiet, you are on a cul de sac and have a lovely community park within strolling distance (just 1 block) which has a paved trail around it for easy walking.

No dogs are allowed in these condos, however other pets are, such as birds and indoor cats.  The park has lots of friendly ducks, roseate spoonbills, egrets, marsh hens, turtles, squirrels and even some fresh water otters can be seen at times.

There are actually 2 pools in the complex that you are welcome to use.  One is behind the community club house where folks gather for card games and such (feel free to organize your own group!), and the other is just behind your condo... less than 1/2 a block away. Throw on some flip-flops and flop on over.

The pool nearest you also has a picnic area under cover and a hot/cold shower for rinsing off.  Bring your shampoo and you're ready to start your day!

There are 2 bedrooms, the master is shown here along with the master bath which is off the bedroom itself. 

The master bath has a walk-in shower with handicap safety rail and a removable shower head.  Sit on a stool for comfort if you like.

The 2nd bedroom is a bit smaller, and the 2nd bath, off the hall, has a tub.

Unlike many condos, storage space is not a a problem here!  There are 2 hall closets, one by front door, one off main hall.  The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the 2nd bedroom has a good sized wall closet as well.

As you can see the garage has lots of storage as well, including built in cupboards over the washer & dryer.  We are not sure if washer and dryer will stay with unit... a point of negotiation.

Garage door is electric and there is also a security system installed that can be activated. Central heat and air, of course.

The neighborhood that is within walking distance will keep you busy with the sights... from a stroll to the clubhouse or to the park with it's mini-nature trail, or just down to the pool... you have plenty to keep occupied with right in your own back yard.

However... the real Florida is something to behold.  Whether you like to fish, boat, hang glide, scuba dive, play golf, tennis, cards, or just lay in the park in the shade, sip lemonade and read a book...

There is so much to do in this area I do not know where to begin.  Down this road to the left lies Clearwater, Florida; you can see the Causeway going to Clearwater Beach in the distance to the right.  It is about 20 minutes to Clw Beach, the same to Dunedin Beach and Tarpon Springs to the north also has a beautiful beach and park as well as the Sponge Docks, about as unique an area as you will find in all of Florida... with the best Greek food ever!  Eat at Plaka and Costas!
