Scott duPont is an award winning actor and producer currently working in the Florida market. Scott demonstrates a clear understanding of the production process both in front of and behind the camera. Besides producing dozens of projects, Scott has acted in over 50 films and over 100 commercials over the past eight years.

As a corporate spokesperson and a convention guru, Scott is hired by Fortune 500 companies to help train their sales and management forces and is paid up to $800 per hour to help their employees present themselves and their products in the best possible light.

Some recent clients include Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Lucent-Agere.

Scott has produced corporate videos for local organizations as well as national corporations such as Xerox Corporation and KTC International.

Besides freelancing, Scott has produced for Reachfar Films, Hoofta Productions, Phocus Communications and his own company, Nemours Marketing.

In recognition for his producing talents, duPont received two Crystal Reel Awards for his work on "Women on Men," a feature length video now found in some Blockbuster Stores and catalogs.

duPont's company, Nemours Marketing, is well known for producing FMPTA's best educational video of the year, ACTING 101 and The ABC's of ACTING which won a Crystal Reel Award for Best Children's program.

Nemours now has a distribution contract in place with Blockbuster Video, 16,000 Movies, Tower Record & Video, Musicland, Sight & Sound and Valley Media through Tapeworm, Inc. - one of the largest video distributors in the U.S.

Among duPont's most recent production credits are "Sing Along With Holiday Classics," a unique entertainment video (which also won a Crystal Reel Award for Best Music Video of the Year), and "The Bros." a feature length film which has just received a contract for a video and DVD release in the United States from Silver Nitrate - NewMarket Films. The Bros. is an expanded version of The Brothers, an award winning film which Scott helped produce in 1998.

Scott receiving his B.A. Degree at Rollins College and a Master's in Marketing from Webster University. duPont is a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild and has been a member of the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association the past five years. Scott has been an FMPTA board member the past three years and is currently President of the Orlando chapter, which is the state’s largest. He received FMPTA's coveted President's Award twice and last year won the R. John Hugh Award for excellence and professionalism in the entertainment industry.

He was also awarded the Up and Comers Award by the Orlando Business Journal for his acting and producing talents. In between productions, duPont currently writes a monthly column for Focus In, which is Florida's main entertainment industry newspaper and models for various ad campaigns.

Most recently, duPont was just appointed to be an advisory board member for Florida Metropolitan University’s Film & TV program.
